Mendel University in Brno (MENDELU) piloted a Citymind AI chatbot on the website of its Faculty of Business and Economics (PEF), then extended it to dormitories and the canteen, the IT department and the sports centre. At PEF it has handled over 65,200 questions, answering 93.8% of relevant queries correctly and saving more than 1,713 hours, with over half of conversations outside office hours; admissions make up 35.6% of topics. The dormitory and canteen chatbot answers 85.8% of queries correctly.

Arizona State University's AI Acceleration team built CreateAI in-house and launched it across the university in 2025. More than 20,000 employees have access and have created over 7,000 experiences. It offers more than 50 LLMs and ready-made templates such as Syllabot, with data kept in ASU's governed, FERPA-compliant environment.

PromptID is an AI-native EdTech assessment platform for employers and universities that evaluates learners by analysing their train of thought rather than rewarding memorisation, powered by a proprietary assessment algorithm and reasoning-model evaluation. Built from zero to production in six weeks in 2026, it runs on NestJS, NextJS, LangChain, and autoscaling Kubernetes.

NRMA worked with Microsoft partner Antares to roll out QBot, renamed NRM8 by staff, as a family of role-specific AI assistants running in NRMA's own Azure tenant and available through Teams, SharePoint and the browser. Over about six months it reached contact centre, recruitment and technical teams; reports that took about a week now take around ten minutes, and job ads are drafted almost instantly.

Georgia Tech’s Jill Watson, the first AI-powered teaching assistant deployed in real classes back in 2016, now uses ChatGPT and outperforms OpenAI’s assistant in real online classrooms while improving teaching presence and academic outcomes.

Twin Rivers Unified School District in California scaled MagicSchool AI to 25,000 students after a teacher-led pilot, aligning every tool to California standards and AB 2876 while giving teachers hours back per week for instruction.
