Czech Army built a Virtual Recruitment Center at DoArmady.cz, deploying a conversational AI assistant "Adéla" (built on TELMA's platform with mSearch, mDataChat, and cloned-voice mVoice) that handles 24/7 applicant questions in both text and voice, integrated with MoD position databases. The 15-month project transformed the site from an "online recruitment booth" into a large information and recruitment center with mobile-first UX, games, and training plans.

In 3 months, automated chatbot resolution rose from 65% to 93%, the AI voicebot automated 90.9% of inbound calls, the platform handles 4,000 calls and thousands of chats monthly, and customer satisfaction hit 99.2% — all without expanding the support team.

Bosch Diesel s.r.o. in Jihlava, Czech Republic deployed Cognex In-Sight vision systems and DataMan ID readers across 12 production sections, raising error catch rate from 85% to 99-100% and eliminating defective component distribution.
