Per the 75F case study, LTI Bengaluru's Facility Lead Kishore Kumar said he was "floored" by the technology when a 75F partner first introduced it, and explained: "75F demonstrated over 55% savings while giving my team the comfort of automation and remote manageability." Admin Executive Gaurav Kumar added: "It's a very innovative solution. Earlier, the team spent a lot of time responding to comfort-related complaints and taking hourly readings, but now thanks to 75F, our productivity has improved greatly." LTI's Bengaluru facility team was dealing with two compounding problems: the office had no automation for its HVAC and lighting system, producing hotspots and coldspots that drove a high volume of employee comfort complaints; meanwhile the FM team was spending most of its time on those complaints while energy wastage pushed bills higher. Sustainable, technology-enabled facilities were already aligned with how LTI — described in the case study as "ranked 4th among Indian companies in 2018" — operates elsewhere in the business. The engagement began with a successful pilot at LTI's Whitefield, Bengaluru office, after which 75F rolled out the production Dynamic Chilled Water Balancing Solution, Energy Management System, Advanced Lighting Solution, and Facilisight monitoring suite. The case study was published on 75F's website in January 2022, summarizing the post-deployment steady state. 75F sensors in each zone communicate with the Central Control Unit (CCU), letting LTI's FM team monitor chilled-water inlet and outlet temperatures, flow rates, and BTU consumption across the loop; the system then auto-modulates the VFD based on workstation sensors, set-point temperature, and real-time cooling demand. The Advanced Lighting layer weighs weather forecasts, building location, occupancy, scheduling, and user preferences before adjusting lighting gradually; Facilisight — 75F's web and mobile suite — provides multi-site visibility, real-time remote control, and predictive proactive automation across HVAC and lighting. The 128,000-square-foot Whitefield facility now reports more than 55 percent savings on combined HVAC and lighting energy bills every month, the FM team has materially cut the time it spends on comfort complaints, and the temperature-related complaint log has dropped "considerably" per the case study. Predictive 75F algorithms condition the building without human intervention, freeing the facilities team from manual hourly readings. Per the case study, "the delighted FM team at LTI plans to continue working with 75F for a series of roll-outs, starting with their Chennai office," making the Bengaluru deployment the template for the next phase of LTI's smart-building program.
