Tata Power Trading Company Limited (TPTCL), the integrated power company that supplies electricity to Hiranandani Hospital and a 75F partner, identified these needs and initiated the engagement. 75F deployed its proprietary IoT-based BMS across the reception, lobby, outpatient department, laboratories, and patient rooms, with customized dashboards surfacing energy consumption, emissions, and spend for the facility team. Implementation had to be designed for an environment that could not tolerate HVAC shutdowns, so 75F selected the most appropriate configurations and worked nights to keep the critical infrastructure online throughout the retrofit. Beyond the 16 percent energy reduction and 795,266 kWh saved, the case study reports a 628-ton reduction in CO2 emissions — equivalent, per 75F, to the carbon absorbed by 9,305 tree seedlings over a decade — and an annual electrification footprint equivalent to powering 900 Indian homes. 75F's Managed Services team also took over the site post-commissioning to keep it operating at peak energy-efficiency.
