LTM Rebuilds Its RAIma HR Agent in Copilot Studio, Reaching 78,000 Monthly Active Users

LTM, the global technology consulting and digital solutions company formerly known as LTIMindtree, with about 87,000 employees in more than 40 countries, uses Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Service to run AI agents in its HR and sales functions, according to a Microsoft customer story published in April 2026. Routine HR tasks such as applying for leave, finding policies, correcting attendance and raising service requests used to involve manual work across separate systems, which delayed employees and managers and loaded HR teams with transactional work. LTM built RAIma, an HR super-agent, as a custom solution in Copilot Studio deployed within Microsoft 365 Copilot, to unify these under a "One HR" model. It integrates with SharePoint, ServiceNow Copilot connectors and the company's HR systems, uses GPT-based reasoning and low-code components, and is available in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot and the enterprise portal. RAIma covers the hire-to-retire lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, core HR services, learning and wellbeing. It answers informational and policy questions and carries out workflow transactions: employees can apply for leave, book seats, raise asset requests and create service tickets directly in Copilot Chat in Teams. New joiners are guided through a structured onboarding journey from their first day through their first 45 days, and managers get contextual dashboards and analytics. Microsoft says the solution was delivered in under four months, improved response accuracy and coverage while reducing engineering complexity and maintenance, and now supports more than 78,000 monthly active users. Since launch RAIma has handled nearly 500,000 employee interactions, with a 75% feedback rate, and LTM reports a 15% improvement in overall productivity. The initiative has received six HR transformation awards, including the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards 2025 and the SHRM HR Excellence Awards.
