The AI-powered, voice-enabled solution integrates with Oracle Health Foundation EHR to automatically generate structured visit notes from patient encounters. Southwest General deployed the agent across 18 ambulatory specialties to help doctors spend more time on meaningful engagement with patients and less time on after-hours administrative tasks. The deployment was driven by mounting pressure on clinicians to see more patients per day while keeping up with increasing administrative requirements, particularly as demand for timely access to primary and specialty care rises across Northeast Ohio.
