Allegro Pediatrics, a physician-owned group practice with 100 providers across nine locations in the Seattle area, has deployed Greenway Health's AI-powered ambient voice scribing system integrated into their EHR workflow. The implementation addresses the documentation burden that was contributing to clinician burnout and after-hours work. Before the AI system, practitioners divided attention between patient conversations and constructing notes in real-time, often resulting in abbreviated documentation, especially when multiple issues were discussed during visits. Secondary concerns were frequently not captured fully in the moment, requiring addendums later.
