ABC Legal Services, a U.S.-based legal document delivery company, deployed Claude Enterprise across 1,100 employees in early 2026 and now operates 50+ Claude Managed Agents in production — covering service of process, eFiling, finance, marketing, and compliance — with up to 50% cost reduction on the human tasks those agents cover and roughly 310 employees using Claude for daily work as of July 2026. "Our users really flocked to it," says Brandon Fuller, ABC Legal's CTO, who pushed the company further by standardizing deployment through Claude Managed Agents. He argues that "an agent is really just structured text, a prompt plus configuration, and anything that is text can live in a repository where the whole company can see it, review it, and improve it." Before Managed Agents, ABC Legal's early agents lived wherever their builder happened to put them — as scheduled tasks on individual desktops. Fuller wanted a single view of what had been built, what it cost, and whether it ran last night, so he moved everything off personal machines into a shared, versioned, always-on runtime with one common deployment structure and shared workspaces. ABC Legal rolled out Claude Enterprise to its 1,100 employees in early 2026; within a week, a 15-person non-developer steering committee had working Managed Agents in production; within a month, the fleet grew to roughly 50+ agents across departments; and as of July 2026 the company reports 50+ agents in production, ~50% cost reduction on the tasks many of those agents cover, and ~310 daily Claude users. Every agent is defined as code in a git repository, with prompt, tool list, schedule, credentials, and memory in configuration files alongside the company's software; changes deploy only through approved pull requests, giving every agent version history, code review, rollback, and an audit trail. ABC Legal ships two starter templates — event-driven agents (fired by triggers like a new job arriving) and scheduled agents (hourly, daily, weekly cron) — and for graded-feedback agents runs a three-role architecture with an Initial Agent doing the work in real time, a Harvester pulling human feedback from Slack threads and emoji reactions, and a Tuner proposing prompt and config changes via pull request once a week. Agents connect to over 100 internal tools through MCP, with Slack for human-in-the-loop, Metabase for reporting, and Atlassian for project management; most agents run on Claude Sonnet by default, with Claude Haiku for high-volume fast tasks and Claude Opus reserved for deeper reasoning. The fleet spans most stages of the legal filing process: the AI Code Reviewer reviews every pull request across four codebases before engineers merge; the EvidenceChain Delivery Agent replaced a weekly manual record pull in about an hour; the eFiling Rejection Diagnoser posts a court-rejection diagnosis to Slack in about a minute versus hours of manual work; the Attorney Coverage Agent negotiates attorney availability; and Charvis, a compliance review agent, agrees with ABC Legal's compliance team about 98% of the time on completed service jobs. ABC Legal tracks every dollar of AI spend broken out by vendor, tool, team, and use case, and reports that cost per task fell about 50% from initial deployment as the team moved agents to cheaper models and trimmed tokens while usage kept growing. ABC Legal's in-flight projects include a service photo reviewer, a PagerDuty triage agent, a daily KPI digest, and expanded Tuner loops on existing agents, with Fuller also identifying more "X-as-code" candidates — notification templates, event routing rules, and dispatch logic — that can be moved into repositories where agents can read, reason about, and propose improvements. As Fuller puts it, "We want AI to support a business that can run itself, with employees free to steer it."
