Ridhira Group, a wellness and hospitality operator serving more than 1.5 million customers across 31 cities, deployed AI agents from Hyperleap to handle customer inquiries, according to a July 2026 case study by Hyperleap. The group also develops wellness-themed real estate through Ridhira Zen, a 28-acre plotted wellness community in Hyderabad. Hyperleap describes these as two separate deployments under one group and reports their results separately.
Inquiry volume was growing faster than the team answering it. Most questions, about pricing, availability, locations and packages, could be answered from existing information but still needed a person to type a reply, and inquiries arriving in the evening or at weekends waited until the next business day. At Ridhira Zen, sales staff spent time on prospects who were not qualified buyers.
For the hospitality business, Ridhira deployed a Hyperleap agent as a 24/7 wellness concierge on its website, WhatsApp and social channels, conversing in English, Hindi and Telugu. The agent is trained on the group's knowledge base of properties, packages, pricing structures and policies and answers from that content. Contact details are collected through a lead form before the conversation starts, so after-hours chats arrive as leads that staff can follow up. At Ridhira Zen, the agent collects prospective buyers' budget, timeline and lifestyle preferences before handing them to the sales team. Both deployments run on the same architecture, with one knowledge base serving multiple properties and business lines.
According to the client's disclosed results, the hospitality deployment handled 7.5 times more queries and contributed to a 92% improvement in booking conversions, while Ridhira Zen saw four times as many qualified leads and a 66% lower cost per qualified lead. Hyperleap notes that it has not published the measurement window or methodology behind these figures.
