Schneider Electric Industrial Copilot Achieves 6000 Hours Autonomous Operation

Schneider Electric deployed its Industrial Copilot, built on Microsoft Azure AI, in production at customer sites including h2e POWER, an Indian green hydrogen supplier. The h2e POWER deployment achieved 6000 hours of stable autonomous operation, a 10 percent reduction in the levelized cost of hydrogen, and estimated 500000 euros in savings. Early adopters reported engineering time reductions of up to 50 percent. The open architecture allows redeployment across the installed base at multiple locations without lock-in. The deployment uses Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure with Amazon EC2 for virtualized control and AWS IoT Greengrass at the edge for consistent AI-driven automation across distributed sites.
