This project, estimated to require 11 years of manual effort if done by human writers, was completed in just a few months with the AI pipeline. The AI-generated summaries improved site SEO performance, increased customer engagement with review content, and freed CarMax's content team to focus on in-depth editorial content and buyer guides. The deployment also demonstrated a practical enterprise application of large language models for structured content generation at scale, providing a template for other retailers seeking to leverage generative AI.
