AI Intelligent Molten Iron Transport System Transforms Liuzhou Steel Production

Liuzhou Steel Group in Fangchenggang Guangxi developed an intelligent molten iron transport system with Huawei and China Mobile integrating data from blast furnaces transport lines and steelmaking plants to create autonomous tasks and routes for each vehicle. The system includes a brain the intelligent dispatching system which plans tasks and routes based on real-time data and a torso an intelligent locomotive system that identifies road conditions and obstacles in real time via onboard decision-making systems. The technology transformed the production paradigm in Chinas steel industry leading to significant increases in production efficiency and product quality. The industry has also entered a new stage of carbon-aware carbon-neutrality allowing the doubling of carbon-allowance demand analysis and carbon-demand energy analysis.
