ServiceNow deepened its partnership with Anthropic, making Claude the default model powering ServiceNow Build Agent for enterprise app development. Claude enables developers of all skill levels to build and deploy agentic workflows that can reason, act, and execute autonomously. ServiceNow has also deployed Claude to more than 29,000 employees internally, cutting seller preparation time by up to 95% and boosting engineering productivity across 80+ billion annual workflows on the ServiceNow AI Platform. Claude serves as the default brain inside Build Agent tools and is being rolled out across sectors including healthcare and financial services for tasks like ticket routing, approvals, and app creation.
