Developed by SPIE ICS, the AI Hub is a secure generative AI platform enabling the creation and use of AI agents leveraging company data. The agnostic platform integrates any generative AI model, including Mistral, and meets data sovereignty requirements with offline operation capability for sensitive environments. Already deployed for SPIE ICS and SPIE Facilities customers, the AI Hub was opened to 16,300 employees of SPIE France and subsidiaries. Use cases include pre-sales processes, HR inquiries, specialized professional assistants for IT technicians, and agent cascades for contract analysis by lawyers. The platform connects to business software via MCP and traditional APIs. SPIE France formalized responsible AI use through an AI Usage Charter.
