Siemens Energy partnered with FNTIO to build a self-service enterprise AI agent platform enabling business teams to create, host, and monitor their own AI agents independently. The platform manages full agent lifecycle: build, deploy, monitor in one place. Accesses Claude, GPT, and Gemini models via LiteLLM without vendor lock-in. Agents in production: Coco AI (HR — explains management processes, integrates HR data via COIN and HR DataHub), AWS Architect Agent, Data Transform Agent, Voice Agent. Integration with Slack, CloudWatch, Fargate, Lambda, and Step Functions. Forward-deployed engineering model: FNTIO coaches internal teams to build their own agents. Week 1: prioritize 3-5 use cases. Week 2: first agent in production embedded in real systems. Week 4: base platform live — teams can self-create agents. The platform is designed to scale across the entire organization.
