Success criteria, framed by HuemanAI and AG Hotels as Phase 1 targets rather than yet-reported outcomes, include cutting average handling time from the BPO's 4–7 minutes to under 90 seconds, achieving 20%+ conversion of OTA-intent inquiries to direct bookings, and detecting negative sentiment in 100% of interactions to trigger clean contextual escalation to onshore managers with full transcript context.
