OKI says it has developed AI inspection technology that cuts the time for manual checks after automated optical inspection by about 80% on large, high-density printed circuit boards such as those in AI servers. It inspects four defect categories, learns from non-defective data only, and is to be introduced on Marugoto EMS customer lines from July 1, 2026.

Pegatron built PEGAVERSE, an Omniverse digital twin platform with six virtual factories, and an AI factory on NVIDIA AI Enterprise and DGX. Its VSS-based Assembly Guiding Agent flags assembly errors such as missing screws in real time, cutting defects 67% and labor costs 7% per line.

Compal began AI work in 2020 after QA data showed persistently high false-positive rates on more than 100 AOI machines. The post reports onboarding cut from 4-6 weeks to 2-3 days, engineering hours per deployment down over 90%, and about 10,000 documents processed monthly with capacity to scale to 70,000.

DJI Neo integrates AI-powered computer vision for subject recognition and tracking, multi-directional obstacle avoidance, smart flight modes, and real-time image processing. Applications include hands-free content creation for YouTubers, search and rescue with thermal imaging, infrastructure inspection, and agricultural crop health monitoring.

DJI deployed AI detection algorithms on Matrice 4 series and Matrice 400 enterprise drone platforms for real-time detection of floating debris, aquatic plants and sediment supporting ecological assessment workflows.
