Phase III Trial of AI-Designed Oral GLP-1 Receptor Agonist MDR-001

MindRank AI dosed the first patient in the MOBILE Phase III trial of MDR-001, its AI-designed oral small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist for obesity and type 2 diabetes. The multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial enrolled approximately 750 patients across 50 sites in China. MDR-001 was discovered and optimized using MindRank proprietary AI platform Molecule Pro. The program progressed from project initiation to US IND clearance in 19 months and to Phase III in approximately 4.5 years.
