Cemex has deployed mobile surveillance trailers from Stallion Infrastructure Services across more than 20 of its ready-mix concrete and aggregate plant sites, and over a 12-month period the system captured 15 safety-related incidents that Cemex reviewed in detail to analyse causes and improve safety training, according to a Stallion case study published in April 2026. The sites shown include a Cemex concrete plant in Pinal County, Arizona.
"One of the best experiences that I've ever had with a vendor," said Cemex's VP and general manager for Arizona ready-mix.
Cemex's plants are high-traffic industrial sites. Its previous surveillance provider left gaps in camera coverage across safety zones and staging areas, responded slowly and gave no centralized view of daily operations, so site managers were dealing with incidents after the fact. Cemex wanted a scalable setup without long-term contracts that could adapt as site conditions changed.
Stallion worked with Cemex leadership to design a deployment for each plant's layout, traffic flow and connectivity, rather than dropping off standard units, and installed the trailers across multiple regions without interrupting concrete production. The cameras give high-definition coverage of truck lines, slump racks, contamination zones and staging areas. Cemex staff have unlimited access to live and historical footage, with AI-based search used to locate specific events quickly, and both on-site managers and remote corporate staff can follow workflows, site damage and daily activity. Stallion customizes connectivity, using cellular, satellite or microwave links, and power, using solar, hybrid or shore power, for remote sites. The case study does not describe any automated AI detection beyond footage search.
