SmartRecruiters Certifies Winston Hiring Agents With Vijil, Cutting Time-to-Market From 6 Months to 6 Weeks

According to Vijil's customer story, SmartRecruiters cut time-to-market for its Winston hiring agents from 6 months to 6 weeks and reduced compliance cost 4x. "Our enterprise customers demand trust verification before deploying AI in hiring workflows. Vijil helps us ship AI agents in six weeks instead of six months while dramatically lowering compliance costs.", said Michal Nowak, Senior Vice President, Engineering at SmartRecruiters. SmartRecruiters needed to verify the trustworthiness of its AI agents so enterprise customers could deploy them in hiring applications, including bias testing under NYC Local Law 144 and compliance with the EU AI Act, ISO 42001 and GDPR. Vijil built custom Diamond harnesses for the Winston agents and for those four frameworks, and deployed a custom test engine in SmartRecruiters' AWS VPC. Trust verification is now a repeatable build step.
