User-Centric AI Learning Prototype with CeADAR

WorkJuggle partnered with CeADAR, Ireland's European Digital Innovation Hub for AI, to transform its digital learning capabilities for asynchronous, personalised content delivery. WorkJuggle is an Irish Learning and Talent platform focused on Early Careers, Career Converters and continuous professional development. To kick off the collaboration, WorkJuggle completed CeADAR's Digital Maturity Assessment to evaluate digital readiness. Through collaborative workshops, WorkJuggle and CeADAR defined the needs of learners, tutors, and administrators, mapping day-by-day learning experiences and identifying technical requirements. The main challenge was to develop a browser-based prototype that could personalise content, deliver structured daily content, include gamification elements, and be easily managed by tutors. CeADAR's EDIH team developed the prototype in Azure/AWS hybrid, later migrating to AWS only. Learner features included Daily Login Flow with motivational quotes and multimedia content, Content Style Selection for personalised delivery, Adaptive Quizzes with real-time feedback and multiple attempts, and Gamification with progress tracking, streaks and leaderboard features. The Tutor/Admin Portal enabled user management, programme creation, engagement reporting and content scheduling. Although AI was not included in the first version, the prototype was designed to support future AI integration. The project led to WorkJuggle's selection for the prestigious AWS EdTech Accelerator at Trinity College Dublin and resulted in knowledge transfer and access to prototype code.
