Search fallback chain (Exa MCP, mmx, xcrawl-search) was partially functional but with noted limitations: Exa MCP free tier exhausted mid-week after ~4 successful queries, mmx returns predominantly Chinese sources, xcrawl-search returned empty results on several occasions.
Data quality metrics strong on structural fields: 0 null company_id, 0 invalid coordinates, 0 orphan companies confirmed across all daily checks this week. 1 short-content use case (Novartis Leqvio) remains open.
